Your trust is very important to us, Coolvision (Beijing)Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Cool College”) understands the importance of your personal information. We will provide full assurance to the safety of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, as well as according to the best practice of the industry. To this end, Cool College formulates the Cool College Platform Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy/Privacy Policy”) to help you fully understand how we collect, use, share, store and protect your personal information and how you can manage your personal information as you use Cool College products/services. （一）定义
(1) Definitions
1. 酷学院服务提供者：是指研发并提供酷学院产品和服务法律主体，指酷渲（北京）科技有限公司，注册地址：北京市昌平区回龙观镇龙域中街1号院1号楼1单元545，以下简称“酷学院”或者“我们”。
Cool College service provider：Cool College service provider refers to the legal subject that develops and provides Cool College products and services, namely (Beijing)Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Cool College” or “We”), Registered address: 1-1-545, Building 1, No.1 courtyard, Central Longyu Street, Huilongguan Town, Changping District, Beijing.
2. 关联公司：指我们的关联公司、投资公司、集团公司成员。
Affiliated company: Affiliated company refers to our affiliated company, investment company, and group company member.
3. 酷学院企业/组织用户：指通过企业或其他组织授权管理员或直接通过法定代表人注册成为酷学院学习平台企业版用户，并以管理员身份通过酷学院学习平台上传企业/组织员工信息后搭建企业组织架构后，代表企业/组织开通、管理和使用酷学院学习平台服务。酷学院企业/组织用户包括但不限于法人、政府机构、其他组织、合伙或个体工商户等。
Cool College enterprise/organization user: Cool College enterprise/organization user refers to a user who authorizes administrator through enterprise or other organizations to or is directly registered through legal representative to become the enterprise user of Cool College learning platform, uploads enterprise/organization employee information and establishes enterprise organization structure through Cool College learning platform as administrator, and opens, manages and uses Cool College learning platform service on behalf of enterprise/organization. Cool College enterprise/organization user includes but not limited to legal person, government department, other organizations, partnership or individual business.
4. 酷学院企业/组织管理员：指经酷学院企业/组织用户授权或指定，拥有酷学院学习平台的企业/组织用户管理平台系统操作权限，代表企业/组织开通、管理和使用酷学院服务的酷学院个人用户。
Cool College enterprise/organization administrator: Cool College enterprise/organization administrator refers to Cool College individual user who is authorized or designated by Cool College enterprise/organization user to have access to the enterprise/organization user management platform system of Cool College learning platform, and opens, manages and uses Cool College service on behalf of enterprise/organization.
5. 酷学院个人用户：是指注册酷学院账户的个人用户，第一类包括直接通过酷学院网页版、酷学院App、飞书、企业微信、钉钉、其他第三方OA平台、酷学院微信小程序注册或通过微信公共账号体系授权公开信息从而在酷学院后台拥有UserID的用户。第二类用户是通过酷学院学员管理功能批量生成的组织型用户，这类用户会拿到酷学院用户登录凭证和密码或验证码进行登录和后续操作；第三类酷学院账户的个人用户是采用酷学院学习平台企业/组织用户管理员权限的个人用户以及作为酷学院学习平台企业学员的一员，不具有酷学院企业/组织管理员权限的个人用户。以上三类用户都属于酷学院个人用户，在以下都称“您”。
Cool College individual user: Cool College individual user refers to individual user who registers account on Cool College. The first category includes user who registers directly through the web version of Cool College, Cool College App, Feishu, Enterprise Wechat, DingTalk, other third-party OA platforms, or Cool College Wechat program, or user who obtains UserID at Cool College backstage by authorizing the disclosure of information through Wechat public account system. The second category includes organization users who are generated in batches via the student management function of Cool College. These users may log onto Cool College and conduct subsequent operation with Cool College user logon credentials and password or verification code. The third category of individual users of Cool College account include individual users adopting Cool College learning platform enterprise/organization user management authority, as well as individual users who are enterprise students of Cool College learning platform and do not have Cool College enterprise/organization administrator authority. These three categories of users are Cool College individual users, hereinafter referred to as “you”.
6. 个人信息：指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。
Personal information: Personal information refers to information recorded in an electronic form or other forms that can identify a natural person itself or when it is associated with other information, or can reflect a natural person’s activities.
7. 个人敏感信息：指一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息。酷学院服务的个人敏感信息包括身份证件号码、手机号码、邮箱、个人生物识别信息、银行账号（包括但不限于微信支付、支付宝支付相关信息）、交易信息、14岁以下（含）儿童的个人信息。
Personal sensitive information: Personal sensitive information refers to personal information that once leaked, illegally provided or misused, will probably endanger personnel and property safety, or is extremely easy to cause damage or discriminatory treatment to personal reputation, physical and mental health. Personal sensitive information of Cool College service include, but are not limited to, an individual’s national ID number, mobile phone number, email, personal biometric information, bank account information (including, but not limited to information related to Wechat Pay and Alipay), transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old (inclusive).
8. 个人信息删除：指在实现日常业务功能所涉及的系统中去除个人信息的行为，使其保持不可被检索、访问的状态。
Personal information deletion: Personal information deletion refers to behavior that deletes personal information in the system involved in the realization of daily business function so as to keep it irretrievable and inaccessible.
9. 个人信息主体：指个人信息所标识的自然人。
Personal information subject: Personal information subject refers to natural person identified by personal information.
10. 匿名化：指通过对个人信息的技术处理，使得个人信息主体无法被识别或者关联，且处理后的信息不能被复原的过程。个人信息经匿名化处理后所得的信息不属于个人信息。
Anonymization: Anonymization refers to process in which personal information is technically processed to ensure that personal information subject cannot be identified or associated, and the processed information cannot be restored. Anonymized personal information is not classified as personal information.
11. 去标识化：指通过对个人信息的技术处理，使其在不借助额外信息的情况下，无法识别或者关联个人信息主体的过程。
De-identification: De-identification refers to process in which personal information is technical processed to ensure that personal information subject cannot be identified or associated without extra information.
12. 个人信息控制者：有权决定个人信息处理目的、方式等的组织或个人。本协议酷学院服务中的部分个人信息控制者为酷学院企业/组织用户。
Personal information controller: Personal information controller refers to organization or individual who has the right to determine the purpose and method of processing personal information. Personal information controller in Cool College service as specified in this agreement is Cool Collge enterprise/organization user.
13. 中华人民共和国：指中华人民共和国大陆地区，仅为本隐私政策之目的，不包含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区。
PRC: PRC refers to the mainland of the People’s Republic of China, and for the purpose of the Privacy Policy only, does not include Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan Region.
14. SDK：也称软件开发工具包，是特定的软件包、软件框架、硬件平台、操作系统等建立应用软件时的开发工具的集合。
SDK: SDK is short for Software Development Kit. It is a set of specific development tools for establishing application software, such as software package, software framework, hardware platform, and operating system.
（二）适用范围
(2) Application scope
本政策适用于酷学院平台提供的所有产品和服务。如我们关联公司的产品或服务中使用了酷学院提供的产品或服务但未设独立的隐私政策的，则本政策同样适用于该部分产品或服务。
All the products and services provided by Cool College platform are subject to the Policy. If the products or services of our affiliated company use the products or services provided by Cool College but they have no independent privacy policy, the Policy shall still prevail.
需要特别说明的是，本政策不适用于其他第三方向您提供的服务，也不适用于酷学院中已另行独立设置隐私政策的产品或服务。例如酷学院上的第三方服务商依托酷学院向您提供服务时，您向第三方服务商提供的个人信息不适用本政策。您需自行阅读、参考这些第三方的隐私政策，并独立判断是否使用其服务。
Please note that the Policy is not applicable to services provided by other third parties to you, nor is it applicable to products or services for which Cool College has formulated an independent privacy policy. For example, when a third-party service provider on Cool College relies on Cool College to provide you with services, the personal information you provide to such third-party service provider is not subject to the Policy. You need to read and refer to these third parties’ privacy policy, and independently decide on whether to use their services.
此外，若您在收听或购买酷学院平台课程时主动或应直播方需求决定提供个人信息的，一切风险、后果及责任由您和直播方自行承担。
Moreover, if you offer to, or at the request of broadcasting party, decide to provide your personal information when listening to or purchasing Cool College platform courses, you and the broadcasting party shall bear all risks, consequences, and responsibilities.
II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
（一）我们如何收集您的个人信息
(1) How we collect your personal information
为了向您及酷学院企业/组织用户提供酷学院相关服务，维护酷学院相关服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验并保障您的账号安全，我们会出于本政策下述目的及方式收集您在注册、使用酷学院服务时主动提供、授权提供或基于您所在企业/组织用户要求提供的信息，以及基于您使用酷学院服务时产生的信息：
To provide your and Cool College enterprise/organization user with Cool College-related services, maintain the normal operation of Cool Store-related services, improve and optimize our service experience, and protect the safety of your account, we will collect information you provide to us, information you are authorized to provide to us, or information you provide to us at the request of your enterprise/organization user when registering and using Cool College services, as well as information arising from your use of Cool College services, in accordance with the following purposes and methods provided in the Policy:
Provide you with user registration and data maintenance services
1) 您在酷学院平台创建账户时，以便我们为您提供服务，您需要提供手机号码或邮箱；并在酷学院平台内自行设置密码。 您使用第三方平台的账号（包括但不限于微信账号、钉钉账号、飞书、企业微信）登录时，如果您决定绑定酷学院平台账号，经过您的账号绑定授权，第三方平台会同步一部分信息给我方，如姓名、性别、头像、昵称或ID等。
When creating an account on Cool College platform to facilitate services we provide to you, you need to provide your mobile phone number or email, and set password in Cool College platform on your own. If you decide to bind your account with Cool College platform to account you use on a third-party platform (including, but not limited to Wechat account, DingTalk account, Feishu account, and Enterprise Wechat account), the third-party platform will share some information with us, such as name, gender, profile picture, nickname or ID, when you use such account to log onto our platform.
2) 您在使用酷学院平台时，为维护您的基本资料，改善您的服务体验，需要您选择填写和/或完善服务必要的信息，包括您的电子邮箱、性别、所在地、头像、昵称、生日、个人简介。如您不提供这些信息，并不影响您对酷学院平台其他功能使用。
When you use Cool College platform, some of our services may need you to provide selected information and/or information required to maintain your basic data and improve your service experience, including your email address, gender, home address, profile picture, nickname, birth date, and personal profile. If you choose not to provide such information, it will not affect the usage of other functions in Cool College platform.
3) 如果您仅需参加由第三方设计的一次性互动环节，如现场投票、醒脑游戏等不需要登录即可使用的功能时您不需要注册成为酷学院用户并提供上述信息。
If you only need to participate in single-use interactive activities designed by third party, such as on-site voting and refreshment game, as well as functions that can be used without the need to log onto Cool College, you need not to register as Cool College user and provide the above-mentioned information.
4) 如果您仅需参加由第三方设计的不需要报名即可浏览的课程时，如果您只是浏览课程或者互动环节内容而不发言、点赞或者进行其他互动时，您不需要注册成为酷学院用户并提供上述信息。
If you only need to participate in courses designed by third party that can be browsed without sign-up, or you only browse courses or the contents of interactive activities without speaking, giving thumbs-up or engaging in other interactive activities, you need not to register as Cool College user and provide the above-mentioned information.
5) 如果您仅需使用浏览、搜索酷学院官网展示的酷学院产品、功能及服务介绍，您不需要注册成为酷学院用户并提供上述信息。
If you only need to browse and search the introduction of Cool College products, functions and services displayed on the official website of Cool College, you need not to register as Cool College user and provide the above-mentioned information.
Provide you with online learning service
酷学院平台是一个在线学习APP，为了帮助您访问酷学院平台上的课程及其它学习资源，我们需要使用您的网络（wifi或者蜂窝移动网络）。
Cool College platform is an online learning APP. To help you have access to courses and other learning resources on Cool College platform, you need to your network (wifi or cellular mobile network).
Provide you with learning community services
酷学院平台提供学习问答和笔记等学习工具，当在酷学院平台使用问答和笔记功能时，您上传的图片、评论、互动等信息会存储在酷学院平台的服务器中，因为存储是实现这一功能所必需的。您可以随时删除自己上传的视频。除非经您自主选择或遵从相关法律法规要求，我们不会对外提供上述信息，或者将其用于该功能以外的其他用途。请注意，您在使用我们的服务时所共享的内容和信息，可能会涉及您的个人敏感信息。如果包含他人的个人信息，请您确认已获得他人的合法授权。请您更加谨慎地考虑，是否在使用我们的服务时披露甚至公开分享相关个人敏感信息。
Cool College platform provides learning tools such as learning Q&A and note. When you use the Q&A and note functions on Cool College platform, information you upload such as picture, comment and interaction will be stored in the server of Cool College platform, because storage is required to achieve this function. You can delete the uploaded video at any time. Unless you make independent choice or comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide outside with the above-mentioned information, or use it for purposes other than this function. Please note that the contents and information you share while using our service may involve your personal sensitive information. If others’ personal information is contained, please confirm that you have obtained others’ legal authorization. Please exercise prudence in considering whether to disclose and even share your personal sensitive information when using our service.
Provide you with basic user learning experience
为了保证您在使用酷学院平台时的基本用户体验，您选择使用酷学院平台学习时，则需要向我们提供或允许我们收集以下设备权限与信息：
To guarantee that you can acquire basic user experience when using Cool College platform, when choosing to learn with Cool College platform, you are required to provide us with or permit us to collect the following equipment permissions and information:
1) 获取您的设备的 WLAN 连接状态，以便在酷学院平台在播放视频课程或直播需要消耗较多数据流量时，能给给您及时提醒；
To obtain the WLAN connection status of your device, so that we can timely alert you that playing video courses or live broadcasting on Cool College platform needs to consume much data traffic;
2) 判断应用运行状态，以判断酷学院平台是否在前台运行，从而根据您的使用场景为您提供合适的通知；
To judge the running state of APP. We can judge whether Cool College platform operates on frontstage, so as to provide you with suitable notification based on your use scenario;
3) 改变音量，以方便您在观看或收听音视频课程时可以改变音量；
To change volume. This allows you to change volume while watching or listening to audio courses;
4) 控制振动，当您未打开APP时，收到IM聊天消息或上课通知等，通过振动提示；
To control vibration. When you do not turn on APP, we will alert you to IM chat message or course notification through vibration;
5) 通知中心，当您有上课通知快速得到提醒；
Notification center. It will quickly alert you to course notification;
6) 本地数据库写入与读取，当您观看视频课程时，可以缓存视频文件至您的手机，以便您离线时观看学习。
To write and read local database. When you watch video course, you can cache video files to your mobile phone, so that you can watch and learn under offline conditions.
7) 登录和分享学习内容，我们使用了第三方SDK“ShareSDK”，ShareSDK需要监测您是否安装了相应APP，以调用微信、钉钉进行分享。 微信：收集图片数据用于分享到朋友圈或微信收藏，但不会用于关联和追踪用户；钉钉详见：钉钉隐私政策。
To log on and share learning contents. We employ third-party SDK“ShareSDK”. ShareSDK needs to monitor whether you install corresponding APP to invoke Wechat and DingTalk for sharing. Wechat: Wechat may collect picture data to share to Wechat Moments or Wechat Collection, but it will not use it to relate and track user. See DingTalk’s privacy policy for details of DingTalk.
8) 应用新版本安装提醒，为了提升您的学习体验，酷学院平台将持续进行在线升级，我们会在应用内提醒您下载和安装最新版本的APP。
To remind you to install new version of APP. To improve your learning experience, Cool College platform will continue with online upgrading. We will remind you to download and install the latest version of APP in APP.
9) 取消推送消息，为了避免消息频繁推送，我们登陆APP后通过“我的-设置与反馈-新消息通知”设置是否推送。
To cancel push message. To avoid repeated pushing of message, you can set whether to receive push notification through “My-Setting and feedback-New message notification” after logging onto APP.
10) 地理位置信息，为了显示您学习时的地理位置，便于企业进行学习行为分析，我们需要使用您的地理位置。
Geographic location information. To display your geographical location during learning to enable enterprise to conduct learning behavior analysis, we need to use your geographical location.
Data your enterprise provides
如您作为酷学院企业/组织管理员选择开通、管理酷学院服务的，我们会收集您所在酷学院企业/组织用户使用酷学院相关功能/应用过程中提交或产生的信息和数据（下称“企业控制数据”），企业控制数据可能包括：
If you choose to open and manage Cool College services as Cool College enterprise/organization administrator, we will collect information and data your Cool College enterprise/organization user provide or generate when using Cool College-related function/application (hereinafter referred to as “enterprise control data”). Enterprise control data might include:
1) 您所在企业组织分配给您的职位、隶属部门、办公邮箱账号、办公电话等信息，以及您为完成企业组织日常经营管理开通的学习任务管理、签到、协同编辑功能而要求提供或产生的个人信息以及签到信息、课程审批记录、课程发布日志信息、学习任务信息、课程文件信息及人脸识别底图、地理位置等个人敏感信息。
Information such as position your enterprise/organization assigns to you, subordinate department, office email account, and office phone number, and personal sensitive information such as personal information you are required to provide or generate for the purpose of completing learning task management, attendance and collaborative editing functions opened by daily operation and management of enterprise/organization, as well as attendance information, course approval record, course release log information, learning task information, course file information and face recognition base map, and geographical location.
2) 您使用酷学院服务或选购第三方课程服务时的订单交易信息，以便向您展示并便于您对订单进行管理。诸如您作为管理员在酷学院学习平台上选购酷学院自营课程服务或第三方课程的交易信息。
Order transaction information you provide while using Cool College services or purchasing third-party course service, so as to display the order to you and to facilitate your management of the order. For example, transaction information you generate while purchasing Cool College’s own course services or third-party courses on Cool College platform as administrator.
3) 其他由企业组织用户提交的包含您个人信息的数据，如酷学院学习平台企业通讯录信息（包括企业组织用户的任职信息、联系方式、个人身份信息等）。
Other data including your personal information the enterprise/organization user provides, such as Cool College learning platform enterprise address book information (including enterprise/organization user’s employment information, contact information, personal identify information, etc.)
您理解并同意，企业/组织用户为上述企业控制数据的控制者，酷学院公司仅根据企业/组织用户管理员选择开通、管理和使用上述应用服务处理您的个人信息/数据。企业组织用户上传酷学院企业组织通讯信息以及其他要求所在企业组织的酷学院个人用户提交人事信息、外部业务联系人信息等个人信息之前，应确保已经事先获得酷学院个人用户的明确同意，并仅限收集实现企业运营及管理目的所必需最终用户信息，并已充分告知最终用户相关数据收集的目的、范围及使用方式等。
You understand and agree that enterprise/organization user is the controller of the above-mentioned enterprise control data. Cool College will process your personal information/data only to the extent that enterprise/organization user administrator chooses to open, manage and use the above-mentioned application services. Before uploading Cool College enterprise/organization communication information and other personal information the enterprise/organization’s Cool College individual user is required to provide, such as personnel information and external business contact information, enterprise/organization user shall obtain explicit consent from Cool College individual user. Only the final user information necessary for achieving the purposes of enterprise operation and management shall be collected. The final user shall be informed of the purpose and scope of relevant data collection and the way in which the data is used.
Other additional services
为向您提供更便捷、更优质、个性化的产品及/或服务，努力提升您的体验，我们在向您提供的以下附加服务中可能会收集和使用您的个人信息。如果您不提供这些信息，不会影响您使用酷学院平台的浏览、搜索、购买等基本服务，但您可能无法获得这些附加服务给您带来的用户体验。这些附加服务包括：
To provide you with more convenient, higher-quality and personalized products and/or services, and enhance your experience, we may collect and use your personal information while providing you with the following additional services. If you choose not to provide these information, it will not affect your use of basic services provided by Cool College platform such as browse, search and purchase, but you may not be able to acquire the user experience these additional service provide to you. These additional services include:
1) 基于相机/摄像头的附加服务：您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能进行扫码用于学习数据提交、拍摄照片或视频用于和其它用户之间的交流。
Camera-based additional service: After turning on the camera permission, you can use this function. After scanning code, you can submit learning data, and shoot picture or video for exchanges with other users.
2) 基于相册（图片库/视频库）的图片/视频访问及上传的附加服务：您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能上传您的照片/图片/视频，以实现更换头像，上传社区图片等。
Album-based (picture gallery/video library) picture/video access and uploaded additional service: After opening up the album permission, you can use this function to upload your photo/picture/video to change your profile picture. You can also upload community picture, etc.
3) 基于麦克风的语音技术相关附加服务：您可在开启麦克风权限后使用麦克风实现学习培训演练。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启麦克风权限，我们也仅会在您主动点击客户端内麦克风图标或录制视频时通过麦克风获取语音信息。
Additional service related to microphone-based voice technology: After opening microphone permission, you can use microphone to realize learning and training drill. Please note that even though you agree to open up the microphone permission, we may obtain your voice information via microphone only when you click the microphone icon in the client terminal or record video.
请您理解并同意，上述附加服务可能需要您在您的设备中开启您的摄像头（相机）、相册（图片库）和麦克风（语音）的访问权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的收集和使用。您可在您的设备设置中逐项查看上述权限的状态，并可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。 请您注意，您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务，您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息，也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。

Please note that opening any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding service. Once you close any permission, it means you cancel the authorization. Therefore, we will stop collecting and using relevant personal information based on corresponding permission, nor are we able to provide you with corresponding service. However, your decision to close permission does not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.

1) 若您提供的信息中含有其他用户的个人信息，在向酷学院平台提供这些个人信息之前，您需确保您已经取得合法的授权。若其中涉及儿童个人信息的，您需在发布前取得对应儿童监护人的同意，前述情形下监护人有权通过本政策第十条的途径联系我们，要求更正或删除涉及儿童个人信息的内容。
If the information you provides includes other users’ personal information, you need to guarantee that you have obtained legal authorization before providing Cool College platform with these personal information. If the information you provides includes children’s personal information, you need to obtain the consent from the corresponding children’s guardian prior to release. Under the aforesaid circumstance, the guardian has the right to contact us through the methods provided in Article 10 of the Policy, and request us to correct or delete contents including children’s personal information.
2) 若我们将信息用于本政策未载明的其他用途，或者将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的，或者我们主动从第三方处获取您的个人信息，均会事先获得您的同意。

If we indirectly obtain your information from a third party, we will explicitly require in writing that the third party should collect your personal information after obtaining your consent in accordance with law. Exemptions for authorized consent. If you choose to open, manage and use third-party course services as Cool College enterprise/organization user administrator via Cool College learning platform, you agree that Cool College may provide the provider of such third-party application services with the individual basic information (information such as UserID and user name) and basic permission of your enterprise/organization user, otherwise you are not able to use the course services provided by the third party. When enjoying the course services provided by the third party, you need to read and fully understand and comply with the product function and privacy protection policy of third-party services.
② 就语音识别服务，酷学院在视频作业中提供了语音识别服务。您同意语音识别服务提供方众安信息技术服务有限公司（以下简称众安科技）仅限于为实现语音转文字为目的获取您的语音内容以便能针对您的语音信息进行文字识别与展示，否则您将无法使用第三方提供的语音转文字功能。众安科技在提供语音转文字的服务过程中不会存储您的个人信息。您在使用视频作业等相关服务时，除遵守本政策外，您需阅读并遵守众安科技相关协议和规则。
With respect to voice recognition services, Cool College provides voice recognition services in video operation. You agree that ZhongAn Information Technology Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZhongAn Technology), the provider of voice recognition services, only obtains the contents of your voice to convert voice to text, so as to conduct character recognition and display of your voice information, otherwise you will be not able to use the voice-to-text function provided by the third party. ZhongAn Technology may not store your personal information while providing the voice-to-text services. When using relevant services such as video operation, in addition to complying with the Policy, you need to read and comply with agreements and rules such as the ZhongAn Technology Service Terms.
③ 人脸相关服务。如您选择开通并使用实人认证相关功能（“人脸相关服务”），此等服务将由阿里云为您提供。为了方便您在不同场景和应用中使用阿里云提供的人脸相关服务并提升人脸识别的准确性和安全性，阿里云将保存您的人脸信息，并遵守阿里云相关隐私政策及本政策。为了提升实人认证的准确性，您同意阿里云仅限于本政策明示的人脸相关服务且必要时，将您提供的人脸信息与法律法规允许的机构或政府机关授权的机构所保存的您的人脸信息进行比对核验，否则您经无法使用相关人脸服务。
Face-related service. If you choose to open and use the function related to real person authentication (“face-related service”), Alibaba Cloud will provide you with such service. To facilitate your use of face-related service provided by Alibaba Cloud in different scenarios and APPs, and enhance the accuracy and safety of facial recognition, Alibaba Cloud will retain your facial information, and comply with Alibaba Cloud’s relevant privacy policy and the Policy. To enhance the accuracy of real person authentication, you agree that Alibaba Cloud is limited to providing the face-related service explicitly stated in the Policy, and when necessary, will check and compare the facial information you provide with your facial information retained by organization permitted by laws and regulations or organization authorized by government department, otherwise you are not able to use related facial service.
4） 在您被他人投诉侵犯知识产权或其他合法权利时，需要向投诉人披露您的必要资料，以便进行投诉处理的；
When a person complains that you infringe upon intellectual property or other legitimate rights, you need to disclose necessary information to the complainant, so as to facilitate the handling of complaint;
5） 与关联公司间共享：为便于我们基于关联账号共同向您提供服务，推荐您可能感兴趣的信息或保护酷学院关联公司或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联公司共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息（如为便于您使用酷学院账号使用我们关联公司产品或服务，我们会向关联公司共享您必要的账号信息），如果我们共享您的个人敏感信息或关联公司改变个人信息的使用及处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。
Sharing with affiliated company: To jointly provide you with services based on associated account, recommend to you the information you may be interested in, or protect the property of Cool College’s affiliated company or other users or public from damage, we may share your personal information with our affiliated company. We only share necessary personal information (for example, to help you use Cool College account to use our affiliated company’s products or services, we may share your necessary account information with our affiliated company). If we share your personal sensitive information or the affiliated company changes the purpose of using and processing personal information, we will again ask for your authorized consent.

（四）互联网并非绝对安全的环境，而且电子邮件、即时通讯、及与其他酷学院平台用户的交流方式并未加密，我们强烈建议您不要通过此类方式发送个人信息。请使用复杂密码，协助我们保证您的账号安全。
(4) Internet is not an absolutely safe environment, and email, instant messaging, and the mode of communication with other Cool College platform users are not encrypted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you should not send your personal information by these methods. Please use complex password to help us to guarantee the security of your account.

You have the right to access your personal information, except for circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise the right to access data, you may access your personal information in the following ways on your own: Account information——If you wish to access or edit the personal information and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information or close your account, you may execute such operation through access. Search information——You can access or delete your user information and manage other data in「My-Personal information」.
(2) Amend your personal information
当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时，您有权要求我们做出更正。您可以通过上述“访问您的个人信息”中罗列的方式提出更正申请。

(3) Delete your personal information

When you delete your personal information from our services, we may not immediately delete corresponding information from the backup system. However, we will delete the information when updating backup.
(4) Change the scope of your authorized consent

We need some of your basic personal information to complete each business function. You may give or withdraw your authorized consent to our collection and use of extra personal information at any time. The client terminal has the function of withdrawing authorized consent. The user may turn off relevant privacy authorization in Settings--> Permission. The process is Android mobile phone--> Settings--> Application--> Permission; IOSmobile phone--> Settings--> Privacy--> Permission--> Application; when you withdraw your consent, we are not able to continue providing you with services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process corresponding personal information. (5) Cancel account
您随时可注销此前注册的账户，您可以通过以下方式操作：联系您所在学习平台的系统管理员，请求注销账号。 在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，或使其匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。
You may cancel the previously registered account at any time. You may do it in the following way: You may contact your system administrator to cancel account. After you cancel the account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information, or anonymize it at your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
(6) Constrain automatic decision of information system
在某些业务功能中，我们可能仅依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制做出决定，匹配您可能感兴趣的内容或服务。

With respect to repeated and unreasonable request, we will charge cost as the case may be. We may refuse to respond to those requests that are repeated without reason, require excessive technologies (for example, to respond to the request, we need to develop new system or fundamentally change the existing practice), cause risks to others’ legitimate rights and interests or are extremely unrealistic (for example, the request involves backup of information stored on tape). Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:

VI. How We Handle Minors’ Personal Information

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under 18 years old, you would be required to obtain your parents’ or legal guardian’s consent prior to using our service. If you are the guardian of a minor and have queries in relation to your minors’ personal information, please contact us through the contact details provided by Cool College.

（三）自启动和关联启动说明 1、为确保本应用处于关闭或后台运行状态下可正常接收到客户端推送的信息，本应用须使用（自启动）能力，将存在一定频率通过系统发送广播唤醒本应用自启动或关联启动行为，是因实现功能及服务所必要的。 2、当您打开内容类推送消息，在征得您的明确同意后，会跳转打开相关内容。在未征得您同意的情况下，则不会自启动或关联启动。 3、当您打开本App内部下载的文件后，会关联启动第三方App。

八、我们如何存储您的个人信息

我们将在中华人民共和国境内运营酷学院服务中收集和产生的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内。就中华人民共和国境外酷学院用户使用酷学院产品及服务过程中产生的个人信息，将存储在中国的服务器上，否则您无法使用现有酷学院的产品及服务。以下情形下，我们会在履行了法律规定的义务后，向境外实体提供您的个人信息：
We will store personal information collected and generated while providing Cool College service within the territory of PRC within the territory of PRC. Foreign Cool College users’ personal information generated while using Cool College products and services will be stored on a server in China, otherwise you may not be able to use Cool College’s existing products and services. We will take reasonable and feasible measures to store your personal information, and do our best to avoid collecting unrelated personal information. We will retain your personal information only within the period required for achieving the purpose mentioned in the Policy, as well as the period required by applicable laws and regulations. For example, Cool College will retain the information and transaction information of traded product and service of paid application and paid service in application you purchase in Cool College application market for at least three years from the completion date of transaction in accordance with the requirements of the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China. Cool College will retain the network log related to your use of Cool College application service for at least six months in accordance with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China. The criteria for determining the above-mentioned period include:
1) 完成与您相关的服务目的、维护相应服务及业务记录、应对您可能的查询或投诉；

在您的个人信息超出保留期间后，我们会根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息，或使其匿名化处理。
When the retention period of your personal information expires, we will delete your personal information, or anonymize it as required by applicable laws.

Effectiveness, performance and interpretation of the Policy and settlement of disputes, all disputes, claims or other matters arising from your use of Cool College platform or service or in relation to the Policy are governed by PRC laws.
